Oh how time flies! One month until Christmas!
I am not very clever; I never prepare any special offers for this time of the year. But I kind of suppose that if people want something they will ask? Not a very good marketing move.
So here are a few ideas. We still have a few books from last year's project.
Here are all the posts about it, from last year.
If you want to buy one you can email me at: dr4gonlady@hotmail.com but be quick if you want it on time for Christmas, shipping can take up to 15 days depending where you live.
There is still my art book campaign too.
This has nothing to do with Christmas, other than it would be a great gift for me to see more money been pledged!
Support my book project and get a chance to win cool stuff.
On top of the "perks" proposed there will be great prizes to win at the end of the campaign!

And just so this is not only about me, I thought I might plug a few friends here, you can find all sorts of wonderful gift ideas on their sites:
–
asni In particular her prints and calendars, and of course her fabulous music (see her home page)
–
crooty, prints and calendars
–
inkibus prints and photography
–
akeyla prints, fantasy creatures both drawn and as sculptures
– Creative Habits jewellery
– Whovian Jewellery for all of you Dr Who fans
I can’t list them all, there are so many, but here are some cool peeps I met in the past few years and shared art shows with:
- Russell Morgan
- Jethro Lentle
- Steve Upham
This year, none of my usual charity projects worked out so I will point you to some of my favourite charities instead:
– Alice Cooper's Solid Rock Foundation
– ABC trust (patrons Jimmy Page, Brian May...)
– Freddie Mercury (Mercury Phoenix Trust)
– Musicares
– or any of your local wildlife associations and animal shelters.
Remember that if you can spare a bit of money a lot of these are tax deductible.
And if you need some good book to keep you company during the Winter. Well, I would have thousands of suggestions but here is a selection. You can find them all on Amazon or most bookshops.
– Robin Hobb
– Lynn Flewelling
– Suzanne Mc Leod
– Sam Stone
– James A. Owen
